Becca Thomas is the heartbeat of Guardian Insurance Group’s client experience, bringing years of expertise in team management, client support, and administrative operations. Her background includes training new hires, streamlining internal systems, and delivering exceptional service that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Becca’s passion for people shows in every interaction — whether she’s answering a question, solving a problem, or ensuring each client feels seen and supported. Outside the office, she’s an adventurer at heart who loves dancing, spontaneous outings with friends, and being a proud dog mom to Gus.

Ethan Aycock is a licensed Medicare broker with a passion for helping clients navigate their Medicare, life, and health insurance options with clarity and confidence. He began serving clients during his college years and has since become known for his genuine care, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing personalized guidance that truly meets each client’s needs.

Family and faith are at the center of Ethan’s life. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Santana, and their daughter, Anna. His long-term vision is to travel the world with his family, sharing his faith while continuing to serve clients remotely. His heart for people and dedication to doing what’s right make him a trusted and valued member of the Guardian Insurance Group team.

Michael DeMild

Michael is a dedicated Medicare and retirement professional with nearly half a decade of experience helping clients make sense of a complicated system. He’s built his reputation on providing clear explanations, personalized guidance, and solutions tailored to each client’s unique health needs and budget. His goal is simple: to make Medicare easier, more understandable, and far less overwhelming for the people he serves.

Outside of work, Michael is a devoted husband to his wife, Leah, and a proud cat dad. He’s a lifelong fan of fantasy and sci-fi—especially anything related to Star Wars—and he’s grateful every day for his faith, his family, and the opportunity to serve others. His warm personality and genuine care make him a trusted guide for clients throughout Alabama and beyond.
